Life Changing

Where do I even begin?  Lets see…today we become first time homeowners, tomorrow we get the keys, and on Thursday we are moving in!  We are so excited to close this chapter in our lives and start a new one in the house where our kids will grow up, go to school, make new friends, celebrate many Christmases, have many birthdays, and reach numerous milestones.  Things have been busy and a bit crazy the last few weeks, which is why I have been absent from the blog.  I also have been horrible at taking pictures!  However, I didn’t want to leave you guys hanging with a picture less post, so I went through my phone and will share some of my photos from there with you. 

So, what have we been up to?  Visiting our house every weekend to check out the progress, and on this particular trip, melting my heart with their sweetness.

Spending a couple of days at grandma and grandpa’s while Derek was in Boston.

All 4 of their grandkids has loved the dog bed.  It was Adi’s turn to claim her spot.

Braedon and I made a snake out of toilet paper rolls and he loved it!

Rocking all around cuteness!

Providing mom with blackmail.

Trying to fit in any little space possible.

Impromptu picnics at the park, followed by bird chasing.

Making sure mom doesn’t get a lick of privacy.

Eating until our stomachs bulge.

Cuddling with our animals.

and sending dad some instant love while he is away for business.

Some other life changing things going on around here.  In a month I will be going in for my first of three surgeries due to my Ulcerative Colitis.  This will be a tough year for everyone and I just pray for extra strength and patience for my family to get us all through.
